We have received yesterday glass bottle of maggi rich tomato ketchup 1kg which was found to be broken when carton pack was opened. All the glass pieces of bottel and ketchup seems to be mixed inside the bubble wrap and the ketchup is also leaking out of the bubble wrap. The bottle of ketchup seems to be of no use from even when we look from outside of the bubble wrap.
Attached are the pics of the product received. And we have not received any response from paytm from yesterday morning.

After complaining at this forum,within 1 hour we received the msg from paytm that they are ready to return the product but today it is 4th day and no other msg received that in which time they will initiate the return proces. We are continuously sending the msg to paytm team but there is no reply from their side.
