I was having post paid RED Vodafone connection and I have sent request to port on 6th June to idea but due to Vodafone negligence it was cancelled.
I have paid full postpaid bill for June month and extra money also.
ideally my postpaid connection get deactivated on 13June but it was done on 27th june after i send 2nd request.
So now i am asking for reversal of my 2weeks money but they are straight way saying NO…earlier they promised for reversal.
It a very BAD SERVICE AND TREATMENT I RECEIVED IN LAST MONTH…
I will take this as a legal action soon if it is not sort out ASAP.
