From last 3 months unable to convert .

i am paying from last 6 months without using minimum of calls /data.

last month i visited vodafone store @gachibowli -hyderabad to pay full amount due and paid with their confirmation and received prepaid sim card which should activate after 48 hours as per their confirmation however not done the same with message out standing balance of 0.32 paise. (which can ignore)

this month i have received of amt 177.92 bill for of no use.

How many months should i pay for the same which i m not using even a single call / msg.

how many months it will take time to convert the post paid to prepaid as per customer request.

i regret to convey the irresponsibility of the staff vodafone.
