I have recharge my Jio no. Dated 28.09.2018 but unfortunately my number is not successfuly recharge I have raised complain to Jio which details is Your service request number is SR00000QYAAU. You will receive an update by 01/10/2018 11:14. To check the status of your service request using MyJio App, click https://www.jio.com/track_sr_status . After 3 days I got a Jio message Dear Customer,
This is an update on Service Request number SR00000QYAAU raised regarding recharge benefit not being credited to your Jio number 8789547084. We are sorry to inform you that your recharge could not be processed as the transaction failed at the payment gateway. For more details, please get in touch with your payment source. Track your data balance, get recharge confirmation, plan validity, information on new recharges and much more by calling 1991 or opening MyJio App. Click http://tiny.jio.com/MyJioVideo to know more. If the issue still persists, please call us on 198 or write to [email protected], and if you are not satisfied with the resolution you can raise an appeal with Appellate. After this message I complained to Sbi Your complaint has been registered with Ticket No: 4826413725.Plz quote this no. while making any enquiry about your complaint.Expected resolution time is 21 working days. And today I got message from Sbi Your complaint 4826413725 has been attended to and closed after resolution as:As confirmed with merchant, transaction NSBI6728243854 has been successful and settled on 29 September,2018. For more details kindly contact your merchant.. then what can I do I am totally stressed please resolve my problem.
