I have booked a ticket to travel from Delhi to chandighar on 30/07/2023 for 31/08/2023 ( 12:05) scheduled timing for pickup. Firstly at the pickup point the person who is concerned for the traveling arrangement for neugo is very disgusting and the operator was also just making fool by saying it will take only 15 min every time I call him and the bus around 2 hours late on the first pickup point so I am not able to catch the bus. For this I have requested for a refund and the system for neugo is even very pathetic that a simple consumer donot even hai any customer services as well and they just said the refund I done but I have not even received it till yet. Even the bus is always late for around 1-2 hours every journey.
