This is regarding the ticket 23070201518, for my recently purchased air conditioner dated 04th May 2023. 
I have initiated the complaint against the sporadic performance of my AC in the very first month of buying it, even got a service visit in July. Its been more than a month of waiting for the spare parts to be replaced and the technician who came today has reported that a separate part needs to be changed now for which I need to wait for another 15-20 days.
I just want to understand why the technician was unable to diagnose the issue initially and had to make us wait for a month and now they are still diagnosing the problem. Moreover, the technician was keen to ask for the satisfaction code in the very initial visit and even taken a screenshot of the message from my parents.
It’s really pathetic to see such a poor service delivery where the technician is unable to diagnose the problem and we have to wait for 2-3 months to get a brand new air conditioner operational, while summer is pretty bad these days and getting a repair in October or November will be of no use.
I urge you to either replace my AC as it seems to be a manufacturing defect or kindly refund the money as seems suitable.

  1. I have raised a request 23080602841 regarding my AC not cooling and the engineer visited have told that a part has to be replaced and told that order will be placed as the Ac is in Warranty but since 10 days hasn’t got any response yet and even after multiple follow up not respond received
