With great regret & sarrow, I am writing this mail to you, that vodafone has chg plans for both of my nos. 9930360363 & 9920690790 without my knowledge & prior notification from Plan 149 to Red plan 349 on 1st Oct 2018.
There after, I complaint abt it, SR no. 482672994 & 483529454 & spoke to many advisors they said its a system error & will chg it back to Plan149 on both nos. & reverse charges if any however, nobody bother to called back & on 04/10 on my app now its showing, converted to PAYG(Prepay).
So, I dont have any allowance to use at all. This is highly unacceptable, change my plan back to where it was & kindly reverse the chrgs if applied for whatever I have used as its vodafone error. or esle I am taking this matter to ombudsman & court.
