i am useing your number from the starteing when jio came
i am useing your 4 numbers

because of your jio call rates are very down n m very happy or what i say every one in india is very happy because of you all are takeing the benifits of free voice and a fast speed internet calls thanx sir
now come to the point sir
from the stareting i faced a problem of network at my area at my premises outdoor and indoor
net is not working
and even voice calls are not connected some times
my friends my sustumers are fedup with me and saying that your phone is always not reachable
as i my bussiness is suffering beacuse of low network coverage at my premises
i m totally dispointed from you that a big a very higly reputed comapnay not able to provide network at my premises not only me my neighbours are also fed up from your services
some change their numbers to another operater
but i want to use your services not because you are provideing all services at chaep rates because rates doesnt matter if you are faceing problems in bussiness ‘
but i want to use your services that because of you net go to every home you work very well for all indians
I lodge comapliants time to time but every time i got the same answer you have to wait for 90 days
again 90 days

sir plz provide a network booster as early as possible at my premises or where you want to install it i saw boosters at around 0.5 km of my premises why you are not provideing boosters at my place
dear sir 180 days time is very huge i dont want to loose my custumers because of you
i humble request you to please take serius attentaion at my complaint
i hope you provide a booster at my permises as early as possible
