My name is Rahul Kumar.
I am a new customer of Flipkart. Registered mobile number linked to

I agree and abide by the Consumer Law Section 1986.

I purchased 6 quantity of LED bulbs from Flipkart. When the product was delivered it was discovered that two quantities were defective and damaged. Apart from this I also got Renewed product.
After complaining about this to Flipkart, the seller agreed with the customer and approved the return. Flipkart is happy with this agreement between the seller and the customer. Solution |

Product pickup has been successfully done on 03 Jan 2024 at 12:15 PM. But, the pickup status of the product has not been updated. Also, I have not received any refund yet even after product pickup.

Two days after the whole process, I get a call from Flipkart again at 10 am.
The pickup confirmation message sent by you is incorrect or different due to which the seller is unable to complete the return.
Then I told Flipkart company that if you prove that this message is wrong then I will withdraw this issue.
I want to ask Flipkart why are you changing your statement. Various types of information are frequently shared with customers. What is all this?

Account closure is a personal matter of Flipkart, we do not want to comment on this topic.
The second important thing is that the complainant’s Flipkart account was open. This is about that time.

I have sent the related matter to eDaakhil and court whose case number is A23110007589. I want a reply from Flipkart in the court as soon as possible.
Presently the consumer wants a refund of the total amount paid including penalty.
