My account is blocked and and I’m not able to access my account it is showing that. I’ve violated terms and conditions but I did nothing wrong i played fairly and I’ve contacted customer support many times they told me to wait for 180 days and it’s been over but my problem is not solved. My money is strucked in that wallet and I’m not able to withdraw.
