Narendra or Mozammel are not the only ones who are suffering with bad service from Phone pe.
I am a registered user and sent an email from registered email id to Phonepe team. This is regarding my wallet closure initiated from Phonepe Team but was not requested at all from me. I was trying to add the money but do not understand why my wallet has been closed.
Moreover, I had INR 81.2 in the account that was also absorbed which is really ridiculous.
I really do not understand this how come there is no service of reinstating when no fault from customer. Even for a moment it is assumed a customer has mistakenly initiated why there is no option of reinstating it.
I sincerely request officials to look into it, my time was unnecessarily wasted by customer executives who do not had any responses or answer’s to my question.
