On November 25 , 2022 I recharged for Rs.319/ for which the validity is 31days , which is clearly mentioned. But my network got disconnected 1 day prior.so i called up the customer care executive for the reason.As per their explanation I can get only 30 days because I recharged in November, as November has got only 30 days. So I asked if I recharged in February what’s my validity.for which they don’t have an answer. They told they will get back to me but until now no response. I put up this issue because I think this is a common way of fooling peoples, as people rarely calculate the validity of recharges.
