Top Up an Amount of 7000 in PhonePe Wallet For the Purpose of Buying a clothes from Flipkart. Phone was worth of but at the time of payment.
PhonePe was showing a to complete KYC I misplaced my wallet and not able to update my adhar card so I ask to close my wallet, they’ve informed that money will be trasfered in 10 working days but its been 15 days I didn’t get my money.
My bank account is linked up with PhonePe. Still the customer care executive came up with no solution. i need my money back in my bank account….

A sum of RS 183 has been deducted from my PhonePe wallet on 23rd August vide transaction ID N1808231639022339 towards DTH recharge of Videocon d2h connection ID no 164580150.
As the amount was not transferred to Videocon account I made a complaint vide TICKET No 20856056. Although it is now allmost 4 days the issue has not been resolved.
It is requested that if due to some technical reasons it is not possible to complete the transaction the amount be credited back to my Phone Pe account immediately.

Narendra or Mozamme are not the only ones who are suffering.
I am a registered user and sent an email from registered email id to Phonepe team. This is regarding my wallet closure initiated from Phonepe Team but was not requested at all from me. I was trying to add the money but do not understand why my wallet has been closed.
Moreover, I had INR 81.2 in the account that was also absorbed which is really ridiculous.
I really do not understand this how come there is no service of reinstating when no fault from customer. Even for a moment it is assumed a customer has mistakenly initiated why there is no option of reinstating it.
I sincerely request officials to look into it, my time was unnecessarily wasted by customer executives who do not had any responses or answer’s to my question.

Rs. 13645 got deducted frm my PNB A/c but showed transaction failed!!!
i got d feedback dat amt. shal be refunded in My PNB A/c but til nw not recd. d Refund & Customer Care saying it may take another 5 days!!!

i was trying to make a payment by your us app, however,money got deducted but booking was not confirm so i have called your customer support team –till today no respond from your team.
if im asking them to arrange the call back from your team –no respond –if im telling i wont discount the call –agent reply was its your wish so i was on call almost 30 min –how rude behavior from your team.
