Hello
I am unable to activate caller tune in my Vodafone number 7619613461. When I am sending SMS to 55655 or any other caller tune activation number I am getting below message from Vodafone.
“We are unable to process your request right now. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.”
I called up customer care and spoke to many agents and there is no results and they barring my number in system. I have no proper support given from customer care and nearest Vodafone store in koramangala as well.
Whenever I am calling customer care they saying backend team will contact you and they disconnect the call.
I am really fed up for a simple and single request to activate caller tune.
