I am new to Mumbai and was looking for a PG stay in Mahim. I checked nobroker.com and got some leads. When I had called and enquired, they asked me to pay ₹2000 for verification and that they have to make an ID for me to enter the stay and that this money is refundable. I paid the money and few minutes later they called from a different number and said ₹8000 more needs to be paid. This is why I realised that the entire thing was a scam and that they PG does not even exist
