Paytm Wallet Txn ID: 17926853251
I got a message from Paytm on 22 February at 6:19 PM that Rs 749 has been refunded into my account but the account balance was displayed as 0.
I checked and found that no money was credited to my Paytm wallet. I immediately registered a complaint with their customer care and there was no response untill 5 days.
I got a response on 26th February from Paytm that the money was already credited but actually I have used it for another purchase. This is totally unprofessional. Don’t bank have logs to check if money is credited or not, how did Paytm get banking license?
I am asking for Rs 5,000 in damages for mental torture and wastage of my time in filing complaints and then replying to their illogical responses.
