I have booked car from zoom with Booking ID: JPS6T2OSQ from Credit Card, for which the refund amount has to be received for deposit.
i have done complaint so many times to ZoomCar support, they just send the auto generated email.
The booking was done on 23 SEP 17, with amount of 8360/- (Deposit 5000/-). This very same issue is repeated from previous booking also.
No Call complaint can be registered, no local office address, and even they do not respond to Emails.
