Dear Team,
I have added 1000 Rs into my PAYTM wallet on 15th June’18, after adding the fund, same was showing into wallet after adding the fund, than i tried to transfer 1000 Rs to pay the money to another mobile number,
while transferring the fund paytm showed error to update KYC first, after than day fund of 1000 Rs never showing in my paytm wallet,
when i have complaint about the same to paytm customer care they asked my bank statement which also i have provided to them and there is transaction details mention in my bank statement,
then they asked about transaction id which show in paytm wallet but because nothing is showing in my wallet so i told them that nothing is showing in my wallet even in passbook section, even fund adding details so i can not provide you transaction details,
even after clearly telling them entire details they do not have any clue & asking for transaction id, which even they are not able to check/track.
it has been more than 20 days now but still after writing multiple time to paytm customer care, they have not resolved this issue yet.
Note : now KYC details are also updated in my PAYTM wallet.
