I can’t link my aadhaar to complete my kyc in paytm app . It’s shows the pop message that ” issue in linking kyc with aadhaar and please try again” . I have tried it 100 and 100 times . But I can’t solve those issue or link my aadhaar .
The main issue I have 205000 amount in my paytm account which is pending due to kyc issue . I can’t withdraw those amount acctually I borrowed those money for the hospital bills payment .
But this stopped me by paying those bills and made me to sell my assets to pay the bill. This not only my problem every paytm is facing this issue . By my complaint I think you guys get out of the commission world and solve the issue of the public.

I have recently created account on paytm. Each time I am trying to do KYC it gives an error that something went wrong try again later and eventually it shows that you exceeded max attempt for a day. I tried to reach customer care using their customer care number but their system just redirects me to the main menu always. I am not able to talk with executives. Actually there is no option to talk with Customer Care Executive.I don’t have any money into wallet, but I want to complete this to get cashback when I purchase something.
I’m also getting “something went wrong try again later” error all the time. Worst app ever.
Paytm team is not responding to its customer, like me regarding KYC. An appointment was fixed by Paytm team to visit my address for KYC but they never turned up and no proper response for the same. I have even visited to their authorized outlet as well but they are saying some technical issue from Paytm side. There is no response from paytm side. Paytm is good for nothing if they can not help to their customers. I tried all possibilities and felt trapped by Paytm.
