Text of Complaint by Tapas Mondal:

On dated 5.6.18 I tried to pay electricity bill through Paytm by using United Bank Debit Card. But dont know why the electricity bill cannot be submitted and I got an sms that Rs. 1230 has been deducted from my bank. Then I called up Paytm customer care but no resolution I have been given.  Today is 6.7.18 and my money is not reversed back yet.
After so many follow ups the Paytm care personnel asked me to contact with the Bank. I have registered a complaint at United Bank Grievance portal but not received any solution. As far as I know in this type of cases, when the money deducted from the Bank wrongly it get reversed back within 24 hrs. But to me this thing has happened which is really miserable.
