Dear Sir,
On 26 march I made a purchase worth Rs 532 from Charak pharma via paytm. Thereafter I cancelled the order. On 27 March, the amount of Rs 532 was successfully refunded by Charak to my Paytm wallet.
Order no-25875_18032622. CC Avenue Ref- 107348610816. Bank reference- 7633549683. But, surprisingly my Paytm wallet balance showing Nil.
Where is my money gone? I called up paytm customer care but unable to get in touch with their representatives. Then, I stated the entire issue in the format provided in the Paytm app repeatedly but they don’t bother to respond.
I’m really upset. I think my money is forfeited. Sir, I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
