The balance in my Paytm wallet is some 6000₹, but when I try to pay using wallet – it shows around 1500 rupees less than the wallet balance.
I had shared the details with screenshots to Paytm customer care as they requested in the helpline call, but even after a week I did not get any reply.
Now when I called them , they said the case was closed and it was re opened just one hour back as I called them (but I never called them an hour back) looks like these customer care ppl are just closing the cases and escaping.
