Hi ,
I has make a transaction dated 25th Sept 2017 for bill payment of my Idea Postpaid No.9769 372714 of Amount Rs.1699/- but due to technical issue with wallet in PAYTM as it shown my initial no .9769 Vodafone -Nirav hence the amount of Rs. 1699/- get transfer to Vodafone Prepaid No 9769821576.
When i contact Vodafone Team they said they can’t do anything , neither can refund me this amount , Also paytm moving away from this issue , finally i lost my 1699/-
I strongly recommend to People not use Vodafone and PayTM wallet as their services.
