Warm Greetings!!

 

I am writing in regards to order i placed on Amazon with respect of Order Id 406-4296407-4685944

Phone came with some problems and with missing adapter. I have raised a request for refund, they have sent a technician to troubleshoot if they can fix the issue however he alsobcouldn’t get it to work. And found hardware issues in the handset. Attached is the given copy of his job sheet.

Amazon has accepted the request for the replacement but its been 4 days they keep ignoring / cancelling pick up of the product.

I am without phone ? for last 4 days and left with no option. They neither releasing a replacement phone nor refunding my money. After thousands of follow up no resolution has beeb provided. Please look into if you can help.
