After taking the train chart preparation, we took a 4 member ticket in which one (Rahul Kumar) ticket got RAC and the rest of the members (Meenu Chaudhary, Mansi Chaudharu & Khushi Choudhari watting 1,2& 3).
Currently watting is not alow from the rules of irctc due to covid. So we talked about custumer care of irctc and custumer care of paytm. He said that you cannot travel. Your ticket will be automatically canceled and your payment will be refunded.
I have yet to receive a refund. I again talked about paytm custumer care, he said that when I get the payment from irctc you will get the refund.
You tell me paytm & irctc when I will get payment refund.
irctc says that paytm will refund, that you have booked with paytm application and paytm says that only when irctc will refund you will get refund.
What is the fault of the custumer in this now.
