I BOOKED A IRCTC TICKET FROM SECUNDARABAD TO RAJAHMUNDRY FOR TWO MEMBERS NOW I CAN CANCEL THE TICKET ONE TICKET AMOUNT IS REFUND THE TICKET AMOUNT IS NO REFUND. but iam seeing the irctc site in that site both the tickets are cancelled and refund amont is 195 but iam receving only 65.PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM
