On 12th September, 2022 i have paid rent of 6653.40 rupees from paytm postpaid, money was deducted from paytm bt yet not credited to the account. I am not able to raise ticket in paytm app cause that transaction is not showing for ticket, only displayed in paytm post paid passbook.
How could I get my money back. Paytm don’t have customer care number to contact. Aditya birla finance services is lender who provide paytm postpaid services, they said we don’t see any detail about the transaction. Kindly help me to get my money back
