Sir,
I have purchased a Brother Printer HL-L2321D on 17 Jan 2026 (Order No. 407-3014291-2205164). Product not delivered but the status show delivered. When I contact with amazon customer care they tell me our investigate the issue thereafter provide the resolution. As per your executive tell me that our investigating team investigate the matter and your exeutive ask me you want refund or re-deliver the prouduct. I tell him refund the amount.
Accordingly, refund was initiated. Screen shot and voice recording are also attached.
It is very shameful for amazon to this type of fraud with customers. kindly Refund my amount in my Amazon Pay Balance at the earliest.
