I, Aayushi Agarwal wants to put up this complaint against Paytm. On 20.04.2019 I activated my postpaid services on Paytm. They set the limit to Rs. 500 per month. I raised a query regarding increase in my limit as I wanted to book train tickets. I did not receive a satisfactory reply from their end. They just described me the advantages of Postpaid services and then closed the conversation. I couldn’t use my prepaid and postpaid acount so I again raised a query but there was no reply from their end. I somehow contacted the customer care and nobody could answer my query. They said there is not way I can contact customer care except through mail. I am still stuck with this problem and no action is being taken from their end. They say I am a valuable customer so they gave me this postpaid services and from last 10 hours I have been trying to resolve my problem. My mobile number is 8100845566. The number which is linked to Paytm. They are least bothered and concerned about their customer’s query. I am not able to use any account neither prepaid nor postpaid.

i am unable to use my postpaid limit where as i already clear my dues. their is no dues pending please check and confirm
