I had ordered for a Zigaro Cricket Shoe on 7th April,2019. The size ordered for the shoe was 8. On website, the seller showed two sizes only 4 and 8. I am not talking about out of stock.They only gave options for 4 and 8. And they delivered size 6.
For the first time I received the product on 11th April,2019. It was size 6. I contacted Customer Care. They arranged for replacement after too much trouble for size change.
Then I was delivered size 6 again on 16th April,2019.This time I SOMEHOW contacted Escallation Desk of Flipkart at Bangalore. They came in touch with me on 13th April,2019. I again with so much trouble replaced it.
The people at Bangalore took full assurity that now they will deliver me the correct thing. But today(20th Apŕil, 2019) again i was delivered same wrong size 6 of the shoe.
I have number of proves, in the form of call recordings, mails, messages, screesnhots,images to go further in this thing.
I have not only suffered irritation because of this but also a lot of time, have been talking on phone for hours, my energy, and these people have been totally inefficient in any progress.
Hope you guys take this matter seriously and look into this thing with a hawkeye !
