Text of Complaint by Meghana:

My Paytm postpaid bill which I couldn’t pay on time was 1000 but when I got message from Paytm to pay the bill which includes late fine it was 1320.
It was mentioned in their policy that late fee for 1000 rupees will be 100 and they are charging 18% GST on the amount plus 2% of convenience fee which is completely outrageous. Even the illegal loan sharks don’t charge like them. I mean they literally charging 30% as late fee. Any other postpaid service provider is not charging like them. Now in 6 months my postpaid bill of 1000 rupees has become 3680 rupees. If I don’t pay them this amount they are threatening to file complaint against me. They are blatantly charging people and no one is taking actions against them.
