Hi I had made a payment to paytm via the link shared on twitter by their official account to close my account as I could not access my old number and the amount was growing with Interest . They said make the payment via link . They say they have settled the amount but no proof is shared by them and they say we are trying and we will let you know. Amount was 13.7 k. They are not responding or communicating with me via mail.
