i had subscribed finology ventures pvt. ltd for one month only. thereafter, i have not renewed my subscription for almost a month. but on dated 10/12/2021, i received message from paytm that finology ventures pvt. ltd has been paid Rs. 589/- from paytm wallet.
i had neither initiated payment nor i was asked for permission/consent for above mentioned payment.
it is, therefore, requested to refund the money.
