I have done a transaction via BHIM app(NPCI) on 29 August for Rs 1100 towards PAYTM (8427914631) (order no. 3742723517) from my IDBI BANK Account but my paytm wallet was not credited with the amount.
ACCORDING TO PAYTM they did not receive the money since the transaction failed.
ACCORDING TO BANK AND UPI, BOTH OF THEM HAVE APPROVED THE TRANSACTION(PROOFS ATTACHED)
Attached herewith are the transaction details, which clearly indicate that the amount has been received by ICICI Bank, i.e. Paytm’s bank.
I have written several mails to Paytm, along with adeqate proofs that the amount has been received by PAYTM (icici bank) BUT HAVEN’T GOT A SATISFACTORY SOLUTION.
In PAYTM’s reply they have stated that money shall be credited into my bank account in 7-14 working days. It has been 25 days to the transaction, i still haven’t received any amount from PAYTM.
