As a customer, I feel regret to communicate on poor response from such a reputed concern M/s Blue star & seller “PAYTM”
I have placed order for Bluestar AC with Model No: CNHW18RAF, and got delivered on 03/10/2017.
We live in Kothagudem district, Telangana, which reel under heatwave conditions, often recording the highet temperatures ranging between 43-45-47 degree Celsius. I live in a gated community which 150 homes capacity. After placing the order it came to my notice that most of my friends are not happy with blue star model which i have ordered as that particular model is lagging in performance in summers. When i enquired with the technician he confirmed about the same.
Immediately after product delivery, without wasting any time, i informed PAYTM about the return. And they started playing around.
Before sale you behave as if customer is a king but after sale u guys made us helpless customer. Iam totally dissatisfied.
For your infomation — “A customer always has a chance to take or return a product if it is not used”. U have to protect consumers interest while doing a business . We have laws to ensure that & iam left with no choice but to remaind u that in a bitter way if not received a proper response from your end. Also iam going to take this issue with my fellow community people and publicize the nature of “PAYTM” in responding to their customers.
If i do not hear from you within 7 working days i will file Complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal Alternatives
