Hi there,
I ordered and Samsung 321 liter refrigerator on 05 Oct,2017 2:13 am from paytmmall.com . After that I received refrigerator on 8th of October but they delivered me 275 liter refrigerator, so that I immediately requested to return the product. After that customer support asked me to send images of wrong product and told me that we will forward these images to seller and after his response we will proceed further, but till now (12th Oct,2017 at 10:00pm) no update from paytm.I did not receive any update from them, I have called so may times to customer support but they keep saying that we will get back to you soon, neither they are providing me any time line for product return and amount refund. they continuously making excuses, said we are trying to contact seller but it has been around 5 days no response from Paytm it means on Paytm mall seller are not verified because it’s too long we are waiting and how many more days we have to wait? I did not have refrigrator at my home I’m 7 months pregnant it’s very difficult for me to servive without refrigerator so I bought another refrigerator from local market. Now I am very frustrated and affraid that they will refund my amount or not. I paid 32000 to them through my debit car, Please suggest me what can I do now. Diwali is also round of the corner and our 32000 is stucked with Paytm and it’s really a big amount for a middle class family. No support from Paytm just making excuses we are trying nd trying.i also asked them how much time you eed more they said we can commit we are trying it’s like too much torture. Please help me.
