Text of Complaint by AMIT GUPTA:

I am giving complete details and mail regarding my problem and harassment by paytm

Dear Paytm Team,

It is highly unprofessional that since 9th Mar’19 i have been following up to resolve my below problem but none of your person is bothered to give ear to the same.

Yesterday also I have called as per below details –

  1. Spoken to Deepak/CCE – he informed that due to technical issue couldn’t check complaint status and after requesting transferred call to escalation desk
  2. Spoken to Shikha/Escalation Desk – she informed to wait for 1 day only and problem will be solved

Now may i know that 1 day in paytm is equals to how many days or hours or time units??????????

Further since my money is involved so today also I have called as per below details –

  1. Spoken to Jyoti/CCE – after requesting transferred call to escalation desk
  2. Spoken to Shibendra/Escalation Desk – informed that call shall be arranged shortly to resolve the issue

Keeping in view the time lag and unnecessary follow-up you should be ashamed that the customer who is paying to you and in return instead of helping him out you are harassing him. Please note that this being unacceptable I would request all my known’s F&F to note this and beware of using your services.

Pl confirm me number change immediately.

  1. I am using 2 numbers on paytm i.e 9999119101 (With Aadhar kyc) and 9810455718 (full kyc).
  2. Now i wish to use only 9999119101 in place of 9810455718 and hence request to change the same with full kyc

For above request below are the desired details –
