Hi I have got a call from number 91 8017203712 (Rajesh Sharma) stating I have been selected as one of the seven lucky customer and have an assured gift worth Rs 50000, if I shop on paytm mall for minimum Rs 5000. I have tried to purchase LG LED monitor worth of Rs 9699, while paying he said that the ammount should directly paid to paytm account and gave a number and IFSC code. I have transfered amount. After sometime I got a call from someone stating she is from dispatchment department (phone 9851561411) my gift transaction got stuck because the receiving department denied because GST need to be paid from customer end. With this reason they have asked me to pay again another Rs 9999.09 and they will refund as Paytm Cashback. Then I realized and denied to pay the amount and they vanished. My amount Rs 9699 got stuck with me.
