In continuation to my previous mails, i thenceforth mention that I am not able to complete my KYC and I am getting the following error after I enter my correct aadhar number and name.
“Please enter valid document value”.
It seems my aadhar card is still linked with the fraudsters mobile number :9955011739
I request you to delink the same from the above fraudsters account number and allow me to complete /authenticate my details for the registered mobile number :939322559.
I am struggling witth the issue for the past 2 months .
Kinldy resolve the issue at the earliest.
