Myself Arpita Datta with mobile no. 8240744575 (paytm number also). I have ordered food to Travel Khana (order no. 1505699 dated 28.05.2018) through paytm and paid by me twice (2 * Rs. 370.00 = Total Rs. 740.00) from my axis bank account.
But Travel Khana complained me that, there had not received any amount from paytm, for which I had to pay cash on delivery. The customer care is not taking our calls, though I had tried a lot.
Till now, no money has not been reimbursed. I will not believe paytm anymore and will tell my relatives to avoid such fraud apps.
