I have ordered honor 9 lite on 08-06-2018 from paytm mall. By fault I ordered an extra 4 led bulb package with the phone,so I cancelled the order on same day and i am waiting for refund from paytm but refund is not initiated yet.according to rbi the refund should be initiated in 3 to 4 working days but I not received refund yet. from 08 June I am trying to contact paytm no one is assisting.
i wrote 2 mails to paytm and I tweeted 5 times on paytm mall care to resolve the issue,but unfortunately no one is taking concern my issue.
