Sir/Ma’am,
I paid ₹1050 through Paytm for booking a rail ticked via IRCTC. Subsequently I Cancelled the same and IRCTC confirmed a refund of ₹810 and on the IRCTC account it shows that refund is done to paytm on 1-02-2018 but i still didn’t got any refund. As paytm is not interested in doing so. In my transaction history they vanished my transaction related to payment of ₹1050 but IRCTS is showing payment gateway as PAYTMSDK. Paytm is not interstated in redressal of their customers’ grievances. Its too difficult to talk to an executive of paytm. Kindly responsd on this issue of mine.

I have to get my irctc refund from pattu..20 days passed till my refund is not done by paytm. Don’t book ur tickets through pattu gateway.big fraud is going on…Don’t be cheated
