Text of Complaint by Piyush Gandhi:

Hi, I had done a booking through paytm for a hotel in kothamangalam. The hotelier denied the booking and I had to pay the hotelier the room tariff again which I had already paid paytm. Its been 13 days and paytm has not been able to resolve the issue.
