Hello sir..!!
Sir actually yesterday i have done one transaction from my paytm account whose mobile no. is 9953335542..
I have done the transaction from my paytm account for one of the driving company which is drivezy for Rs.4286 ..
And i have got the message also from your end that payment is confirmed and my bank account is also deducted by the same amount but drivezy company haven’t got the payment from your end and even i m not getting the transaction in my paytm passbook due to which i am not getting transaction id and due to which i am unable to talk to ur customer care number and also drivezy company is imposing penalty on me due to non-payment which is making a big issue for me..!
So please kindly solve this matter asap , its a humble request from my side.. kindly see the attachments also for the verification..!!
Waiting for your response..! Ad also do tell me solution that how can i talk to your executive directly for my issue..!!
