Dear sir ,
I made a transaction in June 14th in ptm while purchasing TV which cost 67k ,
Next day 15th June I cancelles before product shipped ,
As Paytm policy money has to be refunded by 24hours
It’s been 7 days I am keep calling and raised the comparing to customer care ,nobody telling properly when the money will refund ,
I paid through credit card which I have to pay interest ,
5372709707 is order I’d
Pls help
It’s a 67k where the money has stuck ..when I have not received the product they , representative says they need a confirmation from seller .
