I am getting call from paytm from this two number 9205016889,9873158116 and he said that i am winner of my last shopping which i have purchased from my account number with 8141560640. I have purchased there jhonshon baby shampoo and my order id for that order is 4993949123.
He have my all details including my order id my name, number and address. He said that i am lucky winner of your contest and there are three prize like 7500 cash ,1 laptop and 1 iphone 7 , and he said that your are assured winning any of them 100%.
And for that prize he said me that i have to unlock that prize with purchasing 3500 item for getting transaction id, and through transaction id my prize is unlocked and also said that i can get 40-45% cashback also for that item.
And he also said that he have to do transaction by paytm end for getting transaction id. So i tell him to purchase WD hard drive 1 tb for 3899.
So he did transaction of 3899 using my bank detail from my account . So my account was debited with that amount but i am not getting prize money and my hard disk also.
So i want to file fraud case against paytm they did fraud to me. I want my money back .Please help me on this
