Hi, I have been cheated by someone in paytm and I have lost Rs. 30000/- from my wallet. I have tried to reach paytm customer care several times but no response got. Still I am taking follow up on that. I am getting call from that cheater who is asking to change password as per his mentioned and proposing to refund the amount. But it is not at all trustable. When I am mailing the contact number then also I don’t get any revert. Totally disappointed. I believe someone has hacked my paytm account. And he has deleted all the transactions history. When I have requested for statement, as per their norms it will receive within 48 days. If anyone face the serious issue should he wait till 48 hrs. Even their call center number also bussy every time. I don’t have any hope from paytm care.
If anyone is there to help me to caught that cheater please contact me. Because I have lost my money which I arranged for some family work.
And believe that this are racket and they are cheating others also and due to such lathergic approach from paytm, this crime is growing day by day.
