While driving on Dec 21st, I passed 2 toll plazas with no issues with fastag and it deducted Rs 35 on each toll plaza leaving my paytm wallet balance to Rs 360 and fastag balance to Rs 150. On the 3rd toll plaza it started showing blacklisted/ insufficient balance. The toll charges were Rs 70. On the 4th toll plaza it again had shown the same thing. I had send a note to the customer care and they had opened a ticket (Ref : 150500757). Since I did not hear back from PayTm so I raised another query on the 24/7 support from mobile app(Ref : 150629293). Like always have not heard back from them yet.
