Respected sir/Ma’am.
I applied for FASTag from Paytm for my Car regn No HP63A8173 but I received FASTag for Regn No DL3CbZ0614. After that I callled to Helpline number of Paytm FASTag and assured me for replacement. After few days I again called to Helpline number they informed me any replacement request not received by them till that time and they took a request for Replacement of the same vide Request number 149808484. One month over but no FASTag received till now and could not contact with Paytm by their helpline number. Pl help.

I applied for FASTag from Paytm on 25 November 2019 for my Car regn No MH49 AE6169 but I didn’t received FASTag after one month paytm canceled my order but they activated my RC After that I called to Helpline number of Paytm FASTag and they assured me for Deactivate my Fastag After few days I again called to Helpline number but they didn’t Deactivate that’s why i am unable to purchase Fastag because my RC is activated Barcode No 20823462 please help me for Deactivate my Fastag
