I had ordered a pair of slippers for my father and a pair of shoes for me through PAYTM on 28 Oct and on 29 Oct so that we can wear it on Diwali Occasion as Delivery Date was mentioned 3 Nov and still we haven’t received our Product.
I need a compensation of Rs 2Lakh from PAYTM for spoiling our diwali festival by flashing fake details regarding delivery dates and another Rs 2 Lakh fine should be imposed so that such companies may never think of spoiling occasion and never think of flashing wrong information on websites
